Responsibilities:
- Perform sales, trade-in and loan transactions of gold and timepieces
- Attend to phone enquiries
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- General administrative duties
- Provide professional and excellent customer service to all customers
- Assist in daily operation and housekeeping duties
- Maintain a pleasant and clean store appearance
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, proactive and sales driven
- Team player with positive working attitude
- Proficient in conversational english, other language skills will be advantageous
- Basic PC data entry skills
- Able to work as a team player
- Mid-career job switchers and fresh graduates welcomed
