As a Care Ambassador, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and community service agencies to promote healthy lifestyles and preventive health measures.
- Educate children and families on the importance of preventive health, including developmental screenings and vaccinations.
- Screen and provide guidance to children and families to help them navigate social and health systems effectively.
- Provide patients with education on health information.
- Promote mother-child, father-child, and parenting programs to children and families.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a min in Nitec or Diploma in Healthcare Management or Equivalent
