Job Duties:
- Responsible for planning, developing, executing marketing and corporate communication events and campaigns that drive brand awareness and profitability for the company.
- Actively contribute to the development of customer lifecycle activity planning in the areas of acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and maximum the market performance.
- Manage key marketing and corporate communication projects and ensure budget is within the operational guideline.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, key media, influencers, and external partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, influencers, and stakeholders across relevant markets and sectors.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness and impact of events and campaigns. Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and key metrics to present to senior management, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or other related discipline.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications (in-house or agency), with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably from fashion retail or FMCG industry.
- Experience in event management, influencer partnership and ESG projects.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and trends the product categories.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and customer-driven marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
