As a Programme Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee the execution of programs across various facilities, ensuring consistent, effective, and efficient delivery.
- Ensure programs adhere to required standards and achieve client engagement objectives.
- Collaborate with staff to create and implement program plans.
- Track and assess program performance, providing recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Foster communication and cooperation among internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in any relevant fields
- Possess prior experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting
