Responsibilities:
- Coordinate payment follow-ups with suppliers once orders are confirmed, including handling payment methods like DP, DA, LC, or bank transfers (TT).
- Prepare and send Shipping Instructions to suppliers and monitor bookings; occasionally manage bookings directly with carriers.
- Arrange and submit inspection applications as needed.
- Monitor shipment schedules closely and follow up on required documentation from suppliers.
- Coordinate the collection of supplier documents from the bank.
- Prepare all required shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, insurance certificates, and cargo tracking notes.
- Coordinate the switching of Bills of Lading (BL) with the Singapore shipping line.
- Release documents via telex or courier, with authorization from the Sales department.
- Track shipments continuously to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve any issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related business field.
- Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent coordination and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office 365 and/or MS Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
