Job Summary
The Furniture Sales Manager leads the sales team to drive revenue growth, develop strong customer relationships, and meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Execution
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.

2. Team Leadership and Management
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they meet individual and team sales goals.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance skills and improve results.
3. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, interior designers, architects, and retailers.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth sales experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and commitment to quality.
4. Market and Competitor Analysis
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
• Use insights to inform product development and sales approaches that align with market demands.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company’s reach.
5. Sales Reporting and Forecasting
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management.
• Monitor sales budgets and manage expenses within approved limits.
• Utilize CRM tools to keep accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-up activities.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product launches.

• Provide feedback to the design team on customer preferences and emerging trends.
7. Promotional Planning and Execution

• Oversee visual merchandising and showroom layout to create an inviting customer experience.
• Partner with marketing to develop content and campaigns that highlight product features and benefits.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Skills:
• Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
