Summary of Role:
An experienced AI Engineer to design and implement AI solutions that will drive automation and cost optimization across existing and new product lines.
He/She will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies, with an emphasis on Generative AI solutions, and experience in deploying AI models in a production environment.
The role will also require experience with integrating Generative AI models into business workflows and working with the latest advancements in AI, particularly Natural Language Processing (NLP), Langchain, and AWS Bedrock.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain AI models and algorithms, including Generative AI models, to enhance product capabilities and automate processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Generative AI technologies where applicable.
- Integrate Generative AI solutions with existing products and platforms to deliver seamless functionality and performance.
- Optimize AI models for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, with a focus on the efficient deployment of Generative AI tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions, including Generative AI models, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
- Document processes, methodologies, and findings to support knowledge sharing within the team, with special attention to the usage of Generative AI tools.
- Collaborate on the integration of Generative AI models into existing IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms to enhance automation and service efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, and machine learning, applying new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role with a track record of deploying AI solutions, including Generative AI models, in production.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Proficiency with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with Generative AI, NLP, and transformer-based models.
- Experience with data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Good Knowledge of Langchain technology stack and AWS Bedrock for Generative AI solutions.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes, with the ability to integrate AI-driven automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML tools, especially AWS Bedrock.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
