Job Description & Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Duties
- Preparation of Sales Quotation, Invoices, Delivery Orders
- Answer Phone Calls and Reply to Email enquiries
- Provide Admin support to Sales & Accounts team where required

- Familiar with Computer & Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English & Mandarin(Spoken, Reading, Writing)
- Willing to learn
- Willing to work 1 Saturday per month
- Experience min 2 years
