Our client is a Automotive Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Luxury Sales Advisor (Front Line) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs by understanding their background, reason for visiting, and purchasing timeline, building a comprehensive customer profile.
- Provide personalized information to educate and inspire guests, offering a customized experience based on their interests.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of all products and services for owners/customers.
- Support sales efforts by capturing customer contact details and scheduling test drives for individual who interest/potential to buy.
- Consistently update the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales and delivery information for management.
- Facilitate vehicle preparation and delivery appointments, offering customized orientations based on the customer’s individual preferences and comfort levels.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Good Customer Service
- Good Communication Skills
