We're seeking an exceptional leader to helm our clients application support teams, driving excellence in incident resolution, application stability, and team development. As a seasoned expert, you'll:
- Guide and mentor high-performing teams to deliver top-notch support
- Ensure seamless resolution of application incidents, requests, and problems
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and upskilling
- Spearhead distributed microservices architecture and Java technologies
- Develop and maintain expertise in AWS services and application monitoring tools
- Drive compliance with ITIL best practices, ITSM processes, and organizational policies
- Manage vendor relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- 8-12 years of experience leading application support teams both L2 and L3
- Strong expertise in Java technologies and AWS Cloud support
- Proven leader in SDLC and DevSecOps processes
- Experience in regulated financial institutions (advantageous)
- AWS Certifications (Solution Architect Associate, Developer Associate, and more)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Positive attitude, team player, and effective communicator
