This is an 8 Month contract based in Singapore, Candidate with experience in Logistics/ Warehouse Management for IT Equipment/ IT Assets are highly preferred.
Job responsibilities
- Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on network infrastructure projects.
- Lead continuous improvement projects.
- Review and update forward and reverse logistics process flows and documentation.
- Engage with team members to build and report KPIs/metrics on a monthly basis.
- Support vendor onboarding, invoice validation and unblock any account payables.
- Coordinate with sourcing and procurement on new purchase orders, validate the accuracy against bill-of-materials/requirements.
- Support new vendor transition and implementation in existing operations.
Preferred Requirements
- Possesses about 4-6 years of experience. Preferably experience in supply chain and logistics operations
- Experience in End-to-end Logistics Management/ Warehouse Management System
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Project or program management experience
- Data analytics experience, hands-on knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of budgeting & forecasting
