Responsibilities:
- Performing service and maintenance procedures.
- Liaise closely with customer representatives on all service/maintenance issues.
- Coaches a team of service team members.
- Help supervisors organize service delivery teams and distribute responsibilities.
- Manage daily customer interactions and expectations to achieve optimal results.
- Assist supervisor in timely implementation and completion of customer troubleshooting and security system maintenance/maintenance.
- Understand each customer's business, organization, and goals to provide a baseline of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that the work carried out complies with the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
- Perform other technical tasks as required.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of professional experience with Min. Diploma in Enginering field.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Commercial Chillers is ideal.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- An independent, self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- This position will have minimum of 1 technician that will be supervised.
