Job Scope
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Salesmen to achieve sales targets.
- Establish clear sales goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall targets.
- Regularly assess the performance of salesmen, providing feedback, guidance, and support to help them achieve their targets.
- Provide training and development opportunities to salesmen to enhance their skills and improve sales performance.
- Oversee the management of sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.
- Assist salesmen in negotiating deals and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage the sales department's budget, ensuring expenses are controlled and financial targets are met.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance against targets, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the new and used car markets.
Requirement
- NITEC / Professional Certificate in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- 6 - 8 years of relevant working experience in automotive industry
- Possess Class 3 License is an added advantage
