Job Description
- Identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
- Prepare project proposal, think for a temporary time frames, schedule and budget
- Prepare work statement or methodology
- Monitor, track and report of project's progress, and handle and issues that arise
- Coordinate activities on scheduling, monitoring and conduct project review meeting
- Manager subcontractor's executions at site to ensure adherence to requirements and quality standards
- Organizing and motivating the project team's towards completing the project with best result.
- Ensuring quality of project and innovation/solution to increase productivity og project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in CIVIL Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in the construction industry, ideally with involvement in all stage of a project's life cycle, from tendering to handover (Completed a whole project cycle)
- Prior experience in Civil- infa, HDB improvement of surface carpark, NPARK project, relating of construction and landscape works or terms key related project will be advantageous.
- Solid technical knowledge for Civil Engineering project and contract administration
- Good interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills including lead project teams with results orientated
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Written and spoken)
- Proactive and ability to work in face-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
- A registered Engineer is a plus point
