Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our Customer Relations Team. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of quotations, sales orders, and customer enquiries across multiple channels. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle and process a large volume of quotations and sales orders within stipulated target times.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and web chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage claims related to shipment delays, defective items, or incorrect pricing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve order-related issues.
- Encourage customers to use our e-commerce platform for a seamless ordering experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in order processing and customer enquiry management.
- Strong customer service mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced working environment.
- Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
Additional Information:
- Location: Central region.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm; Saturdays/PH on a rotating roster.
- Team: You will be part of the Customer Relations Team, reporting to the Customer Service and POC Manager.
- KPI-driven role with time-sensitive targets for processing orders and responding to customer enquiries.
- OT may be required during peak periods to clear all orders and enquiries before the daily cut-off.
