Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and friendly Call Centre Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls to manage collections, communicate payment details, and follow up on overdue accounts. Your role will support clients in the banking, telecom, and commercial sectors, helping customers manage payments efficiently while building positive rapport.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound collection calls to customers.
- Clearly explain payment breakdowns and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements and payment schedules with customers.
- Provide customer support to improve collections efficiency and reduce delinquency.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support team and client objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or debt collection (call center preferred).
- Entry-level candidates with the right skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
- Meticulous, independent, and organized team player with a sense of urgency.
- Positive, friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Additional Information
- Location: Aljunied
- Compensation: Up to $2,050 basic + $50 shift allowance + monthly commission (earning potential over $3,000).
- Working Days/Hours:5.5-day week with alternate Saturdays off
Monday - Thursday: 9am-7pm or 10am-8pm (rostered)
Friday: 9am-6pm
$50 shift allowance provided for two weeks of 10am-8pm shifts
