Accounts Assistant (with Admin Duties)

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant with a strong background in accounting to join our team. This role requires a candidate who can handle accounts-related tasks and assist with various administrative duties as needed.


Responsibilities:


•⁠ ⁠Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, bills, and receipts.

•⁠ ⁠Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of accounting information.

•⁠ ⁠Support administrative tasks, such as document management and filing.

•⁠ ⁠Handle office communications and maintain organized records.

•⁠ ⁠Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:


•⁠ ⁠Diploma or relevant certification in Accounting or related field.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with ODOO software is an advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Additional Information:


•⁠ ⁠Salary: $2800 - $3200 (commensurate with experience).

•⁠ ⁠5.5-day work week.

•⁠ ⁠Location: East Singapore.
