Roles and Responsibilities:


Workspace Management:Ensure that the workspace is well-maintained, clean, and organised to provide a conducive environment for work, meetings, and training sessions.
Oversee the setup and readiness of meeting rooms and training areas, including audiovisual equipment, seating arrangements, and necessary materials.
Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring all essentials like stationery, paper, and equipment are available.
Refreshments & Supplies-Ensure the pantry is stocked with refreshments, including coffee, tea, biscuits, and other snacks, maintaining adequate inventory levels.
Coordinate with suppliers to replenish supplies when needed and ensure high-quality standards.
Maintain a clean and inviting pantry area for staff.


Event Support:

Assist in organising and executing client appreciation events, such as movie nights, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination.
Support event setup, including arranging venues, catering, and materials, and ensure a positive experience for attendees.
Manage guest lists and provide on-site support during events.


Project Assistance:

Contribute to projects focused on building and enhancing the organisation's brand presence.
Assist in developing materials, coordinating with vendors, and executing branding initiatives.
Support internal communications related to branding efforts and employee engagement.


General Office Support:

Act as the point of contact for any workspace-related issues, addressing concerns promptly to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
Maintain a welcoming environment for visitors and clients, providing assistance and ensuring a positive first impression.
Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.


Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in office management, event coordination, or a related role is preferred.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
