- Position: Account Manager (Property Financing/ Loan) – Up to $6500
- Location: Changi Business Park
- Working hours: 5 days work week; Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $6500 + Performance Bonus + Birthday Leave
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Financial Technology (FinTech) Industry
Main Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage new clients (both corporate and individuals)
- Building and maintaining rapport with client accounts
- Preparing and submitting credit proposals, assessing creditworthiness and risk
- Collaborating with credit and backend teams to ensure accurate loan approvals/disbursements
- Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of accounts
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of relevant working experience in soliciting for commercial loans and preparing credit proposals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates with relevant experience will be viewed favorably, though not necessary
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak mandarin
