Sales and Marketing Executive (Cybersecurity Assurance)

Role Overview:

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, reporting to and supporting the Senior Account Manager (Sales), you will play a pivotal role in expanding and maintaining a portfolio of clients by delivering top-tier security assurance services. Your responsibilities will include generating and following up on leads, supporting tender responses, client servicing, and contributing to marketing strategies to boost the company’s visibility and growth in cybersecurity solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation and Follow-up

  • Actively generate new leads through networking, research, and industry events to expand the client portfolio.
  • Follow up on inbound leads, schedule initial consultations, and provide potential clients with information about security assurance services.
  • Track all leads in the CRM (Dynamics 365) and manage the lead nurturing process to ensure timely follow-ups and efficient progression through the sales cycle.

Sales Support and Deal Closing

  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to clearly articulate the value of security assurance services, focusing on risk reduction, compliance, and enhanced security.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager to drive deals to closure by handling objections, addressing client concerns, and aligning pricing strategies for mutual benefit.
  • Work closely with technical presales and project management teams to ensure service deliverables meet client needs and expectations.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by maintaining a full pipeline, supporting client relationship-building activities, and closing deals effectively.

Tender Follow-up and Coordination

  • Assist in responding to tenders by collaborating with the technical team to gather necessary documentation, address technical questions, and ensure timely submission of proposals.
  • Monitor tender progress, provide updates to the Senior Account Manager, and coordinate with internal teams to address follow-up questions or clarifications.

Client Servicing

  • Provide proactive client servicing by addressing questions, maintaining ongoing communication, and coordinating regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Support the Senior Account Manager in preparing for account reviews and ensure that client needs are consistently met.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and ensure timely resolution of any service-related issues in coordination with the relevant teams.

Marketing Collaboration and Support

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and support campaigns that promote security assurance services, including digital marketing initiatives, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Analyse industry trends and competitive data to help refine marketing strategies and better align with client needs.

CRM and Data Management

  • Update and maintain CRM records for all leads, interactions, and client data to ensure accurate sales tracking and reporting.
  • Generate CRM reports to assist in forecasting, tracking pipeline health, and identifying opportunities for resource allocation.

Reporting and Forecasting

  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, providing data-driven insights to the Senior Account Manager for strategic planning.
  • Contribute to pipeline and revenue projections by analysing CRM data and sales performance metrics.
