We are currently seeking a highly organized and versatile Administrative Secretary to assist with daily operations and support our management team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager with day-to-day tasks, including document filing and organizing
- Prepare meeting documents and take minutes during meetings
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and other necessary documents
- Conduct research and assist in report writing
- Handle internal and external communications, including correspondence with clients and suppliers
- Support office operations and provide general administrative support
- Manage various other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong time management and organizational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
- Prior experience as an administrative professional preferred; experience in the furniture industry is a plus
