Responsibilities

  • Assist manager with activities and programs
  • Provide pre and post sales support related to product, promotions ad services
  • Resolve customer's complain through service recovery
  • Instill customer loyalty and retention through follow up calls
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
