Sales Manager

Glam Salon is a subsidiary company of our parent company which was established since 2002. We are a professional beauty salon that caters to individuals from all walks of life, from children to elderly.

We strive to help our clients reach their desired needs and giving them the confidence as they leave our shop with satisfaction.

Job Key Responsibilities:

· Managing the day to day Operations of the designated outlet assigned.

· Lead / Manage a team of Consultants and Therapists.

· Motivate and coach staff for better performance

· Maintain and update Customer database.

· Drive Sales into the outlet through Marketing Support.

· Promote treatments and packages to Customers.

· Maintain the outlet overall presentation and responsible for the outlet Sales and Revenue

· Lead the Outlet Team in achieving Outlet Sales Target and productivity

· Achieve Personal Sales Target

· Evaluate progress against Sales Target, identify and implement the solutions

· Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, etc

· Train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance

Job Objectives:

  • Lead and work with all outlets to ensure that all parts of the business run efficiently and effectively
  • Execute different business strategies to support company growth
  • Oversee employee performance and development
  • Evaluate business performance, productivity and competitiveness
  • Manage costs, budgets and revenue efficiently

Requirements:

· Personal monthly sales achievement

· Possess Results Driven Attitude

· Diploma in Business Administration / Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent certification.

· At least 10 years above relevant working experience, prefer managerial staff specialize in Retail Sales or Service Industry experience.

· Results and service oriented.

· Motivated, Sales driven and dynamic individuals.

· Strong leadership management and interpersonal skills.

· Good communication skills and Positive attitude.

· Willing to work retail hours.

· Full time position.
