Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the service and maintenance workflow effectively.
- Collaborate closely with client representatives regarding all service and maintenance-related matters.
- Mentor and guide a team of service members.
- Assist the supervisor in staffing teams for service deliveries and distributing responsibilities.
- Manage daily client interactions and expectations to achieve optimal results.
- Support the supervisor in ensuring the timely troubleshooting and servicing of security systems at client locations.
- Familiarize yourself with each client's business, organization, and objectives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all work complies with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Perform additional technical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years of work experience.
- Must have knowledge and hands-on experience with security systems, including Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
