Responsibilities
Leading a Project Team to achieve Goals & Objectives:-

- Timely completion within dateline
- Consistent Quality
- Control Cost & within budget
- Workplace Safety & Health
Primary Duties
Project Planning & Implementation
- Obtain endorsement for scope of works (from relevant authorities / stakeholders)
- Plan and prepare schedule for project implementation
- Manage all Builders' and M&E works
- Conduct weekly site meetings with client and all sub-contractors
- Obtain quotes and appoint sub-contractors
Project Costing
- Prepare and monitor project costing and overview of profitability
Commissioning and Handover
- Carry out testing and commissioning of Builder, LAN, M&E works and etc
- Conduct handover inspection with client and obtain endorsement
- Complete defect rectification works promptly
- Collate and submit As-Built Drawings and Fire Safety Certificate to client / landlord / building management
Collection of Payment
- Update claims and obtain client's endorsement for Variation Orders
- Submit progress payment claims/Variation Orders to Finance for billing
- Ensure timely submission of drawings to obtain release of renovation deposits
Job Requirements:
- Diploma /Degree in Project Management /Engineering /Design /QS
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar leadership role preferably in interior design/construction industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Resourceful & meticulous
- Positive mindset with "can do attitude"
- Analytical and well organized
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role
