You will be part of a team to champion workforce transformation and reskilling needs of the integrated facilities management/ environmental services industries. You will need to possess a strong business acumen and comfortable in communicating with all levels of stakeholders to understand their manpower challenges
- Diagnose gaps and identify opportunities through strategic engagement of key accounts/ partners
- Develop engagement plan, recommend appropriate solutions and track projects progress via a data driven approach
- Forge effective partnerships/ relationships with strategic stakeholders including sectoral agency, union and trade associations
- Support outreach, marketing and networking events that will increase awareness and adoption of best practices
Requirements
- Good data analytics skills – able to interpret data to provide relevant insights and recommendations
- Awareness of various government initiatives related to manpower/ HR interventions/ training
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- A good team player, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Relevant work experience in the business development/ account management/ project management role would be advantageous
