Job Description:
The Front Desk Officer is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by managing the front desk operations and maintaining the showroom’s presentation. This role includes answering calls, greeting customers, and ensuring the display cars are in pristine condition, contributing to an exceptional visitor experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries
- Greet, check-in, and announce customer arrivals
- Manage the Sales Executive rotation system
- Ensure tidiness and order in the showroom
- Oversee the condition of display cars (interior and exterior)
- Serve refreshments to customers
- Perform general ad hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role
- Customer-oriented with a service-focused mindset
- Strong communication and social skills
- Positive, hardworking, and enthusiastic personality
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Open to assignments outside office locations as needed
