Job Description
Join our team as a Smart Lock Installation Technician, where you’ll play a key role in providing secure and convenient solutions to our customers. You’ll travel across Singapore to install and troubleshoot smart lock products, ensuring high standards in service and customer satisfaction. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor while conducting installations, providing user training, and addressing maintenance needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and maintain smart lock systems.
- Provide thorough product training to customers and test lock functionality post-installation.
- Adhere to a daily schedule, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
- Ensure all work meets company installation and repair standards.
- Accurately document all installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
- Manage and replenish equipment and spare parts as needed.
- Perform basic upkeep of the company vehicle.
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required by the company.
Requirements
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Flexible schedule, including shifts on weekends and evenings as needed.
- Valid Class 3 driver’s license (company vehicle provided).
- Previous experience in electrical work, carpentry, or lock installation is an advantage.
- Ability to manage urgent and ad-hoc customer appointments as needed.
Additional Information
- Location: Singapore-wide travel (office base at 39 Woodlands Cl)
- Working Days/Hours: 5-day work week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend), 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Other Requirements: Comfortable with standby duties and daily reporting to the office.
