- Working Days : Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Arranging import/export shipments for customers
- Liaise with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of customer's shipments to various destinations
- Process import/export shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Permits)
- Other shipping documentation-related responsibilities
- To generate reports as and when required
- Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow-up
Job Requirement:
- Possess minimum GCE N Level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Supply Chain Management experience will be an advantage
