CG is looking out for a full admin & account assistant. Shortlisted candidate can expect to grow with the company, our company operate as a group, a team, a family. Interested parties can find below for more job details, training provided.
a) Coordinate & liaise with operations staff for issuance of quotation to client, using xero.
b) Once(1) a month billing to email out invoice via to customers. Monitor the aging and debtors listing such as 30, 60, 90 days on account overdue.
c) Capture on expenses and expenditure with receipt, receivables in accounting software Xero.
d) Reconcile bank statement to accounting software Xero income and expenditure.
e) Follow up with email / phone calls to client to follow up on outstanding payment due.
f) Liaise with suppliers for price quote, payment issuance to suppliers.
g) Liaise with training provider to send company manpower for training.
h) Monthly Payroll and HR support - software usage, monthly CPF submission using Info-Tech payroll.
i) Other duties admin, PA support to take instruction directly from Director.
Pleasant, communication, merticulous, detailed with adminstrative works is a must. With or / no experience required, we will provide training.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday (9am to 5.30pm) 5 days work week.
Sat, Sun, PH off.
