Position: Assistant Operations Manager for Multiple Food Stalls

Working Hours: 6-day work week, 12 hours per day; overtime required ,including night shifts

Job Description:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of multiple food stalls
- Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to operational standards in all outlets
- Coordinate with stall supervisors and staff to implement company policies and procedures
- Monitor the quality of food and customer service to maintain high standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any service-related issues efficiently
Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections at each food stall to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Supervise daily sales activities and assist in cash handling and accounting procedures
- Coordinate staff scheduling, ensuring adequate manpower for peak and off-peak hours
- Assist with the training and onboarding of new staff, providing continuous support to improve service quality
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to manage stock and supplies
- Monitor and report on stall performance, including sales figures and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and seasonal campaigns
- Identify operational challenges and work with the Operations Manager to develop solutions
- Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork among staff across locations
