Contract Role
Monthly Salary: up to $2500 per month
Job Scope:
- Support programme manager in coordination and administrative duties
- Manage publicity of events and schedule
- Collating data collected and extract data for reports/evaluations
- Ensure smooth operations of events and support on-ground events
- Document frequently asked questions shared by vendor.
- Collate and verify supporting documents from vendors
- Management of mailbox queries on weekly basis
- Support team in any administrative tasks if required.
Requirements:
- Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience
- Good customer service, communication, project management and time management skills
- Prior experience in events management will be advantageous
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programmes (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable with use of IT system/s
