- Plan and execute company events, activities, and communication sessions to enhance employee engagement
- Assist in the recruitment process by advertising job openings, screening candidates for suitability, and setting up interview schedules
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding procedures by ensuring a smooth implementation and a pleasant experience
- Support in managing employee and intern relations by handling any concerns or issues in order to promote a positive workplace
- Participate in policy updates and documentation to ensure relevance and take part in executing any HR policy changes
- May undertake an HR project to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Study in Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Open-minded, organized, analytical and quality-oriented, able to work independently and prioritise
- Team-oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
- Past internship experience preferred
