- Develop and maintain existing key accounts
- Generate new contacts & businesses development
- Develop business strategies and plans, then drive implementation steps
- Prepare monthly reports
- Meet and exceed sales and margin targets of plan
- Establish/ review pricing to maximize total profit
skills and experience required
- Master / Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant qualification
- Minimum 6 years of global sales experience in plastics injection / heavy machinery
- Provide technical support to customers, participate in the development of technical solutions, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
- Solid understanding of market trends and competitor activity in the plastic machinery sector
- Able to travel overseas for work if there is a need to (about 30%-40% global)
