Z Smart Home Living Pte Ltd is a Singapore social enterprise that specialise in smart home living devices and user friendly home appliances. Our products are sold in bazaars, roadshows, and building projects. Our sales channel are both online and offline. We custom design and create a wide range of home appliances for the B2B market as well.
Job Description:-
This position reports directly to Director for all the job scope spelled out in specific responsibilities.
Able to work long hours
Able to work on weekends and late nighs including weekends and public holidays
Able to travel to site islandwide on a short notice
Specific Responsibilities:-
- Introduction to company mission & objectives.
- Quality control of production process of clients and finished products.
- Prepare presentation materials either at on-site or off-site premise.
- Provide administrative support to daily operations work and liaision with agencies, NGO and Corporates for events and orders..
- Laision with clients and partners, calling and scheduling of client’s workshop and training schedule, respond to customer’s enquiries.
- Supervise and Coordinate with sales staff on Product Stock and Delivery .
- Laisie with Accounts, admin and logistics department for relevant matters.
- Monitor, report and manage deadlines and KPI set.
Competencies:-
- Well verse with Microsoft office, Excel
- Good command of English / Mandarin
- Able to work with Marketplace and E-commerce platform (training provided)
‘O’ or ‘A’ level, ITE, or Poly certification are welcome.
