We are seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and a deep appreciation for French cuisine and culture. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating classic and innovative cocktails, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the overall ambiance of our restaurant.
What you will expect:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers at bar or through beverage runners
- Be able to comfortably recommend wine, cocktail, or an aperitif to guests
- Accurate recording of drinks ordered and process payment for customers
- Ensure timely and efficient set-up and closing procedures
- Regularly monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and restock ingredients as needed
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene for all glassware, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
- Maintain a well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance in accordance with our grooming standards to represent the restaurant’s image positively.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to create and update classic and innovative drinks
- Able to perform other related duties as required beverage, assistant and/or restaurant manager
Skills/Qualifications
- Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Comfortable with numbers
- Good verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude :D
5 Days work/week rostered, must be able to work weekends.
Time: 10.30am to 3pm and 5.30pm to 10.30pm (Split Shift) - 44 Hours/Week
