- Support semiconductor machine after-sales service which include attending service call (24/7 standby), supporting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting & installation.
- Support semiconductor machine after-sales service application /process
- Support other machinery equipment activities that are under PCS department
- Support administrative work that is related to the servicing job (Such as assisting in preparing quotation, parts order etc)
- Communicating & provide advice to customer request and/or queries
- Giving technical training to customer
- Promote after sales item, solution business and matching project to customer
- Any other duties as and when assigned by superiors
