- Correspondence with clients
- Provide admin duties and clerical supports to site personnel
- Ensure proper documentation in project files, Handles project insurance and its insurance claims
- Support in submission of monthly claim / receivables for projects
- Record and maintain monthly claim/receivable reports
- Generate invoices
- Assist in preparing bank reconciliation, monthly finance reports, GST submissions, account receivables and payables, tax-related matters and audit-related queries
- Maintain date accuracy in accounting software with proper documentation, filling and entries
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
