- Whole Shop operation management and reporting to shareholders for monthly sales turnover.
- Employment management for retaining employees.
- Planning for the customer management.
- Planning marketing strategic for new customer cultivation.
- Hospitality planning for the shop.
- Instruction hospitalities to all employees.
Requirements
- Must have minimum 20 years F&B shop working experiences.
- Must have minimum 20 years F&B shop management experiences.
- Prefer to have good communication skills.
- High Japanese language abilities (Speaking, Reading & Writing) are required as the language for reporting to shareholders are all in Japanese languages.
- Prefer to have hospitality industry experiences.
