- Operational Leadership:

- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor high-performing technical and operational teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth.
- Work with department heads to develop and execute performance goals and KPIs.
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Partner with the CEO and executive team in setting company strategy and making critical operational decisions.
- Translate strategic goals into operational plans, ensuring seamless execution across the organization.
- Manage risk and compliance, ensuring the organization adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Financial & Resource Management:
- Oversee the company’s operational budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Partner with the CFO to drive financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, or related); MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior operational role, ideally within a high-technical or engineering-driven company for more than 10 years.
- Deep understanding of technical operations, engineering processes, and product development cycles.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience scaling operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory and compliance standards is a plus.
