Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant who will support our marketing initiatives and play an active role in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns .


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media, and email marketing.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to support strategic decision-making.
  • Help manage Smart Ship Hub’s online presence by creating and scheduling posts for social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and develop marketing materials, including presentations, infographics, and newsletters.
  • Track and report on marketing metrics, gathering data for campaign performance and lead generation.
  • Support the organization of webinars, virtual events, and other customer engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite is must.
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, International Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. (including drafting emails, proposals)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
  • Familiarity with content creation and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
