Our client, a well-known MNC company is looking for candidates for the Customer Quality Engineer position.
Responsibilities: -
- Handling of internal complaint from production, sales etc.
- Handling of external complaint from customers
- Analysis the complaint and establish statistical data by identifying sample size and acceptable error
- Monitor and review quarterly data based on customer’s complaint
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
- Provide recommendations for improvement and reduction of complaint
- Provide technical support to the customer
- Manage of detective material return
Requirements:
- Degree in any Engineering field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Problem solver
- Ability to perform multi-tasking
- Knowledge of IATF16949 will be an added advantage
