- Pastry – Knowledge of pastry techniques and processes, know the type of pastry and their application. The ability to follow recipes as needed.
Mandatory requirements:
- 2 to 3 years’ experience working in Kitchen settings. Needs to be familiar with kitchen equipment.
- Diploma/certificate in pastry or related fields.
