- Position Title: Account Assistant (Accounts Payable)
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5.30 pm
- Salary Package: Basic up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete or partial accounts (Accounts Payable)
- Perform bookkeeping and data entry tasks
- Process payments related to supplier invoices and cheque issuance
- Ensure the accuracy of account codes and cost center allocations
- Review Accounts Receivable Aging report and investigate outstanding balances
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Prepare monthly statements and send reminders to customers
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficient in Ms Word, Excel spreadsheet
