Job Description:
- Assist in purchasing of all project work materials identified in the tender
- Assist in evaluating and selecting competent suppliers and sub-contractors for the construction works.
- Measure and determine the amounts of work done at any stage of the construction so as to prepare periodic progress payment requests for submission to client.
- Check and evaluate the progress claims submitted by the sub-contractors in liaison with Project Manager / designated staff on the work done in terms of quantities and quality.
- Carry out contract administration duties.
- Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors.
Job Requirements:
- Willing to commit to 5.5days work week.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
