Course Administrators assist trainers, students and course organisers in running, recording and improving academic and professional courses. They also have to provide day-to-day administrative support for course leaders and head of department.
Job Responsibilities
· Participating in creating and implementing training programs
· Booking and setting up classrooms and training venues
· General administrative duties including answer phone calls and attend to email enquiries
· Handle customers on registration for courses and data entry using online training system or website portal with accuracy
· Coordinate training activities and carrying out administrative tasks
· Prepare training materials and maintain training records
· Prepare monthly entire training records
· Other relevant duties are assigned by the management
· Responsible for all correspondence, filing, photocopying, recording, documentation
Requirements
· Cheerful and good attitude in work and customer orientated
· Able to work independently to complete given tasks on time

· Excellent administration and communication skills
· Job-training will be provided
· Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and maintain strict confidentiality of information
· Candidate must possess at least "O" Level or any equivalent qualifications
· Working experience at least 1 year

· Fluent in English Language
· Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, online portal, zoom, google calendar, etc
· 5 days work week
· Working location at Woodlands
· Able to start work immediately
