Key Responsibilities:

  1. Documentation:Handle daily paperwork and correspondence, including drafting, editing, and filing documents.
    Maintain and update company databases and records, ensuring information accuracy.
  2. Office Management:Oversee daily office operations, including facility management and supply procurement.
    Coordinate meeting arrangements, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes.
  3. Customer and Visitor Reception:Answer phone calls and greet visitors, providing professional service.
    Address customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
  4. Data Management:Assist in managing financial records, reports, and other administrative data.
    Ensure confidentiality of internal documents and information.
  5. Project Support:Assist in the implementation and follow-up of various administrative projects.
    Support team members with other work-related needs to ensure project success.
