Information:
- Salary range: $3,800 - $5,500, with $250 Transport allowance
- Working hours: Mon-Fri: 8.30am - 5.15pm
Responsibilities:
- Standby support and 24/7 emergency call for customer support.
- After-sales technical support, site recovery and maintenance responsibilities to distributors/end customers.
- Installation, commissioning & on-site training to support the customers according to the scope of the project.
- Generate a service report to customer in a systematic manner.
- Investigate and handle all customers’ complaints related to product failures.
- Investigates root causes of failures and recommend solutions.
- Review and assist in determining the extend of damage and repairs of warranty claims from distributors.
- Maintain relationship with key customers to ensure the follow through until the issue is resolved.
- Develop service training material, ensures all technical & training documents are up-to-date.
- Provide training to distributors & dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic
- At least 5 years of marine field servicing experiences
- Ability to travel in the APAC and SEA region (10-15%)
- Knowledgeable in power generation products, electrical and control system
- Prior electrical and control experience with control system such as John Deere ECU/ KDI ECU
