We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in the field of Human Resources. The HR Intern will assist with a variety of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration etc.

Responsibilities

A. Recruitment Support

  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and school portals as relevant.
  • Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews with the hiring managers and candidates when required.

B. Onboarding

  • Prepare onboarding materials and information for new hires.
  • Assist in conducting new employee orientations.
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.

C. Employee Relations

  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Help address employee inquiries and provide necessary support as required.
  • Participate in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

D. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy at all times.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects – i.e., MOM/MAS surveys, etc.

E. Learning and Development

  • Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
  • Assist in developing training materials and resources when needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

Internship Duration

  • Able to commit for minimally 3-months. A 6-months internship period is preferred.
