- Provides administrative support such as typing, photocopying, scanning etc.
- Organise filing electronically
- opening mails and email to clients
- Managing email correspondence
- Data Entry where necessary
- Raise invoices
- Prepare montly accounts receivables and payables
- run errands on occasional basis when needed
- Liaise with clients where necessary
Requirements
- preferably live in and around Bukit Merah Central, Clementi or Jurong
- have at least 4 years' experience in administrative work and basic accounting work
- pleasant personality
- good and strong communication skills
- preferably can also speak and write Mandarin
- Diligent, responsible, good work attitude, good communicative skills, organized, meticulous with a high degree of accuracy
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
- team player and able to work independently
- willing to learn new things
